The Holly Bellomy Interiors team loved creating this unique football-themed room for a young boy.
Pictured below is the room before its transformation and the room after its transformation. The theme was incorporated into the room in a variety of ways, such as:

  • Locker-room storage

  • Framed football jerseys

  • Lighted helmet/football display space

  • Turf lining the back of the display space

  • Referee jersey curtains

  • Letters spelling ‘Touchdown’

The room also features:

  • Soft-touch storage drawers beneath the bed

  • Storage cabinets surrounding the headboard

  • Reading lights under the cabinets

  • Shelves for storing books, toys, and memorabilia

  • Custom bedding

  • Custom upholstered headboard

The child that this room was designed for wanted a space that reflected his favorite sport. He also wanted a room that he would not grow out of quickly. His favorite color is red, as reflected by the storage lockers, the desk chair, and the headboard. This room contains multiple areas for storage so that a large dresser or closet are not absolutely necessary. Hidden storage, such as the drawers under the bed, provides more storage without using extra space. As he grows older, this young boy can change what he displays on his shelves, letting his room grow with him. We love this room because it is comfortable, colorful, unique, and timeless.
