Interior Redesign for City House in Plano- Before and After PhotosWe love our community and we love City House!Dallas Real Estate Staging and members of the community joined forces and resources to make a difference.City House is a not for profit organization that provides housing for youth, teenagers and young adults. We had the privilege of redesigning a few rooms at the transitional home for young women. The Plano home has space for 7 young women and two children. The master bedroom downstairs is reserved for a single mom with one or more children while the rooms upstairs are for single women who each share a room.We rearranged some of the existing furniture in the home, removed some furniture and brought in some different furniture as well as groceries, TV, kitchen appliances and gadgets that were donated by members of the community. Members of Chase Oaks Church helped move the furnishings and Holly Bellomy with Dallas Real Estate Staging organized the redesign and donated art, bedding, accessories and lamps.Here are the before and after photos!

We were able to complete the redesign in time for Christmas!It was a brisk 40 degrees but we completed the redesign in one day except for a few details that were taken care of later.Our surroundings make a difference. Furniture placement, color, art and accessories can enhance optimism and create a warm environment in which to study, prepare meals, connect with others and grow.
