Fluer de lis Wall Art-Make it in a WeekendWeekend Wall ArtI have a project to share with you that I have created.  The best part is that this project is very easy and you can create this wall art project in a weekend! Instant gratification at it's best! Here you go!How to make it:1. Purchase ready-made frames or make your own (I found mine at Hobby Lobby) in two different sizes.  Make sure that they are the same color.  If the frames are not the same color you can paint them.2. Place the large frame on the wall and use a pencil to trace the outline of the frame. Apply painters tape around the outside perimeter of the pencil line.3. Place the small frame in the center and trace around the frame.  Apply painters tape along the inside perimeter of the frame.4. Paint the area in between the tape.5. Hang your favorite item in the middle of the small frame and hang the frames!You can make your wall art as large or small as you would like. You could create a few small frames across a long wall and place a pretty beaded purse or other small and hangable (I think I just made that word up) item in each one. Try painting each border a different color; that would be cool!You can also make this art for a boy's room by changing the paint color and the item inside the frames. You could frame a skateboard or group of baseball hats.
