The simple, clean lines of the Shaker cabinet lends itself to all styles from contemporary to traditional. It is beautiful in all paint colors and wood stains. Take a look!Here is an image of painted Shaker cabinets in a traditional kitchen. Here is a contemporary kitchen with stand cabinets and white painted cabinets. This kitchen has off-white painted cabinets which is becoming more popular than bright white painted cabinets.This kitchen has a contemporary look with cherry Shaker cabinets.Here is a contemporary kitchen with light wood Shaker cabinets.White cabinets have been popular for a long time but gray painted cabinets is increasing in popularity and will be the big trend for 2015.The trend with a contrasting island is still going strong as in this kitchen with a black painted island and white painted cabinets.More homeowners are asking for islands and other built-in cabinets to look like furniture as in the image below.The look of furniture is also popular for a contemporary approach as you can see with the island below.Another trend in kitchen cabinets is painting the island and built-in hutches and buffets with accent colors as seen here.
